Privacy Policy - Hatuvi
1) Who we are
Hatuvi is provided by Saifullah Ahad. It helps a person keep a private record of her own paperwork case and view anonymous first-hand reports about what people were recently asked for at specific offices.
2) What Hatuvi does
Hatuvi has two surfaces:
- My case: a private case record with your own steps, visit history, dates, and short notes.
- Shared trail: anonymous, structured public reports about what documents or requirements people were asked for at a specific office and district.
3) Information we collect
Hatuvi collects only the data needed to provide accounts, private case storage, and anonymous public contribution.
- Account data: email address and password for sign-up and login.
- Private case data: your chosen process, district, office, step progress, visit dates, asked items, and short personal notes.
- Public trail contribution data: if you choose to share a visit, Hatuvi stores the process, step, district, office, date, requested items, and your short note as an anonymous public report.
- Moderation data: report flags used to review harmful or misleading public contributions.
Hatuvi does not support photos, file uploads, messaging, public profiles, follower graphs, ads, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking.
4) Permissions
Hatuvi requests only:
INTERNETto sign in, sync your case, and fetch shared trail data.POST_NOTIFICATIONSfor app notifications on supported Android versions.
Hatuvi does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, biometrics, or advertising permissions.
5) How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To store and sync your private case across your signed-in devices.
- To publish anonymous, structured public trail reports when you explicitly choose to share a visit.
- To apply deterministic moderation rules such as flag thresholds and public auto-hide behavior.
6) Where data is stored
Hatuvi uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to store account-linked data. A Cloudflare Worker performs server-authoritative actions such as login token exchange, contribution writes, moderation thresholds, and account deletion cleanup.
7) Private data versus public data
Your private case data is readable only by your own signed-in account. Shared trail contributions are shown anonymously to other users. Public reports do not display your name, handle, email address, or profile.
8) Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, harmful content, fraud, or child safety issues.
9) Retention and deletion
Your private case data remains associated with your account until you delete it or delete your account. The app includes an in-app account deletion action that removes the account and its private case data. Public reports may remain if required for moderation or legal review, but they remain anonymous to other users.
10) Your choices
- You can keep a private case without sharing every visit publicly.
- You can choose whether a visit should become a shared public report.
- You can report harmful or misleading public contributions from inside the app.
- You can delete your account from the in-app Child Safety surface.
11) Children's privacy and safety
Hatuvi is a general-audience paperwork app and is not directed to children under 13. Because Hatuvi includes user-generated public reports, we publish separate Child Safety Standards at https://privacy.saifullah.ai/hatuvi/child-safety.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted at https://privacy.saifullah.ai/hatuvi.html with an updated effective date.
13) Contact
If you have privacy questions or requests, contact Saifullah Ahad at [email protected].
