Child Safety Standards - Hatuvi
1) Our commitment
Hatuvi maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Hatuvi lets people share anonymous public reports about paperwork requirements at offices, so we treat child safety as a mandatory platform rule even though the app does not allow photos, file uploads, profiles, or direct messaging.
2) What is prohibited
- Any content that sexually exploits, harms, or endangers a child.
- CSAM, links to CSAM, or attempts to request, promote, or distribute exploitative material.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or any exploitative contact involving minors.
- Using public reports, notes, or office details to target, stalk, or endanger a child.
- Any abusive, threatening, or misleading content involving minors.
3) Product limits that reduce harm
- No photos or file uploads anywhere in the app.
- No messaging between users.
- No public user profiles or follower graph.
- Public contributions are anonymous and structured around process, step, office, district, date, and short note.
4) In-app reporting and moderation
- Every visible public contribution in the shared trail has a report path.
- The app includes a dedicated Child safety surface explaining the rules and linking to this page.
- Harmful or misleading contributions auto-hide after two independent flags.
- Reported content can be reviewed and removed, and accounts can be deleted when abuse is confirmed.
5) How to report a child-safety concern
- In app: open the shared trail and tap Report contribution on the relevant public item, or open the Child safety surface.
- Email: send details to [email protected].
- Authorities: if a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and the appropriate child protection authority first.
6) Enforcement
When we become aware of possible CSAM or child exploitation, we may remove the content, suspend or delete the account involved, preserve relevant evidence, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
