Delete your Pashe account
Delete inside the app
- Open Pashe and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and data.
- Choose Delete.
If you do not see this, update Pashe or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address of your linked Google account, or tell us your name in Pashe and your family circle, with the subject Pashe account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name and role), your Google link if you added one, your circle membership, help requests, reports, blocks, the records of help sessions you joined and your notification token.
What stays, and for how long
- Voice, screen view and on-screen guidance go straight between the two phones. We never store them.
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
