Delete your Muyara account
Delete inside the app
- Open Muyara and, on the teacher home screen, choose Teacher backup.
- Choose Delete account and cloud history.
- Choose Delete account.
If you do not see this, update Muyara or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address of your teacher account, with the subject Muyara account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your teacher account (email address and account ID), your synced question banks and your synced session history.
What stays, and for how long
- Students never have an account. Class sessions run between the phones in the room and are not stored on our servers.
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
