Child Safety Standards
Gialdyn prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sexual extortion and content that promotes or facilitates this abuse.
These standards apply to every shared offer, observation, label, report and interaction. Gialdyn is an adult-focused shift-agreement tool, without public posting or stranger discovery. Do not put children's identities, patient details or care-recipient details into shared records.
Report a concern
- In the app, choose Report on the relevant shared item, select child safety, and submit only the information needed to explain the concern.
- To report without the app, contact [email protected] with the subject Gialdyn child safety report. Include an item or report reference if available.
- Use Stop sharing to end the relationship. This does not erase historical copies already saved by the other person.
Do not send or forward illegal imagery, recovery codes, passwords or unrelated private schedules. Gialdyn is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Review, enforcement and appeals
The developer reviews deliberately submitted reports, records decisions, and can restrict service access and remove material under the developer's control. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate regional authority or NCMEC when required by applicable law. Relevant evidence is handled through lawful reporting processes.
Shared schedules are end-to-end encrypted; general scanning is not available. Reports disclose only the selected information from the reporting person's own relationship. Report records and decisions are held separately while open and for 90 days after closure. A legal preservation obligation can require a different retention period, which will be explained where disclosure is permitted.
Appeal a closed decision through Your reports and appeals in the app, or email the contact below with your report reference and reason. A report does not itself decide whether an employment assertion is true.
