Delete your CivicLoop account
Delete inside the app
- Open CivicLoop and go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Choose Delete. If CivicLoop asks, sign in again first.
If you do not see this, update CivicLoop or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address or phone number you signed in with, with the subject CivicLoop account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in details (name, email address or phone number and account ID) and the issue reports you sent, with their descriptions, places and photos.
What stays, and for how long
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
- Feedback you sent us stays in our inbox. Ask in the same email and we delete it too.
