Child Safety Standards — WayProof
1) Our commitment
WayProof is committed to creating a safe environment for all users, including children. Developer Saifullah Ahad maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any content that endangers a child.
2) Age requirements
WayProof is designed for accessibility mapping and community evidence collection and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in a user's jurisdiction).
3) Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on WayProof:
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including CSAM.
- Grooming behavior or any attempt to solicit minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative material involving minors.
- Any communication that endangers the safety or well-being of a child.
- Sextortion or any form of coercion targeting minors.
4) Detection and prevention
We employ the following measures to prevent child exploitation:
- An in-app reporting system that allows any user to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
- Centralized moderation and quarantine queues for all user-submitted photos before public visibility.
- No direct messages, public profiles, followers, public chat, or unrestricted comments.
- Short notes reject links, contact details, and prohibited content.
- Review of reported content and swift action on violations.
5) Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that exploits or endangers a child, please take the following steps:
- In-app: Use the report control on public evidence or open the dedicated Child Safety screen. Reports enter the private moderation queue.
- Email: Contact us directly at [email protected] with details of the concern.
- Authorities: Report to your local law enforcement and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
6) Enforcement
When we become aware of potential CSAM or child exploitation:
- The content is immediately removed and quarantined.
- The offending account is permanently suspended.
- We report the incident to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC, as required by law.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
