Delete your Skammtur account
Delete inside the app
- Open Skammtur and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and data.
- Choose DELETE PERMANENTLY. If Skammtur asks, sign in again first.
If you do not see this, update Skammtur or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address you use to sign in to Skammtur, with the subject Skammtur account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your email address and account, your stall setup and place, your menu and costs, your closeouts, your prep plans and your notification tokens.
What stays, and for how long
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
- Feedback you sent us stays in our inbox. Ask in the same email and we delete it too.
