Delete your Rakitra account
Delete inside the app
- Open Rakitra and open its settings (Dossier controls).
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter your password and choose Delete account.
If you do not see this, update Rakitra or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address you use to sign in to Rakitra, with the subject Rakitra account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email address and account ID, your device records and notification tokens, and the record data on your phone.
What stays, and for how long
- The shared family record closes to new entries. Entries already in it stay with the other parent, with your display name, because the record belongs to both parents.
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
