Delete Your Account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Rakb account and all data linked to it at any time. There is no cost, and you do not need to keep the app installed.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected].
Use the subject line: DELETE MY RAKB ACCOUNT.
In the message, include the phone number you registered with (so we can find your account).

We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days of your request and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

Your account profile — name and phone number.
Your login credentials (your password is stored only as a one-way hash and is destroyed).
Your trip and delivery history and any other data tied to your account.

After deletion, nothing about your account is retained on our servers. Phone-number verification for sign-in is handled by Google Firebase and is not stored by Rakb beyond confirming ownership.

Data retention

We do not keep deleted account data. We hold your data only for as long as your account is active; once you request deletion it is removed within the 7-day window above and is not recoverable afterward.
