Delete Punctra Data
Punctra does not create a named user account and does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, password, or profile. It uses a random anonymous Firebase session to protect its backend. Ordinary journey questions are stateless and are not stored as your travel history.
Delete protected-trip watches
- Open Punctra.
- On the journey screen, tap the circular Data icon.
- Review the listed protected trips.
- Tap Delete all protected trips and wait for the confirmation.
This immediately asks the Punctra server to delete every protected-trip watch associated with the current device's Firebase Cloud Messaging token and clears the local protected-trip list. A watch is also deleted automatically after a warning or when its Firestore TTL expires.
Delete local app data
To remove recent agency/journey selections, protected-trip display summaries, and the local anonymous session, use Android Settings > Apps > Punctra > Storage > Clear storage. Uninstalling Punctra also removes all local app data.
Data retention
Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Protected-trip watches are retained only until trip completion, user deletion, or Firestore TTL expiry.
What is not personal account data
Punctra's server keeps bounded delay histograms, timetable templates, and feed freshness information used by everyone. This operational transit evidence is not tied to a user profile and is not removed by deleting a device watch.
