PoolChem is a pool water chemistry log. It helps users organize pool chemistry readings, dosing notes, maintenance history, clarity checks, and inspection handoffs. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
2. Local Data
The app does not require an account. Saved pool readings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to the developer by the app.
3. Optional Feedback
If you submit feedback, the message is sent to Web3Forms and delivered to [email protected]. A short technical footer includes app version, Android version, manufacturer, and model. Email is optional and used only for replies.
4. Permissions
- Internet: optional feedback and user-opened resource links.
- Network state: network availability check before feedback.
The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, storage, notification, billing, ads, health, or account permissions.

7. Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Optional feedback emails may be kept as support records. The app does not sell personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
PoolChem does not provide public profiles, chat, feeds, or user-generated public content. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent feedback containing personal information, contact [email protected] and the developer will delete it.
