Child Safety Standards — Pashe
1) Our commitment
Pashe exists to help families provide remote guidance and support to their elders or less tech-savvy relatives. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on our platform. These standards comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.
2) Age requirements
Pashe is intended for users aged 13 and over (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Joining a family circle requires a secure invite code and an authenticated Google or Anonymous account.
3) Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Pashe:
- Any screen sharing, voice communication, or content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including CSAM.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to exploit minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative material involving minors.
- Using a remote help session or family circle to track, stalk, or harm a child.
- False or fake reports, or impersonating a child or family member.
4) Detection and prevention
We employ the following measures to prevent child exploitation:
- An in-app reporting and blocking mechanism that lets any user flag another family circle member.
- A dedicated Child Safety screen in the app describing these standards and how to report.
- Prompt review of reported accounts and swift action on violations.
5) Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that exploits or endangers a child, please take the following steps:
- In-app: Open Settings → Block or report someone, or access the reporting flow from the Child Safety screen. Child-safety reports are flagged urgent.
- Email: Contact us directly at [email protected] with details of the concern.
- Authorities: Report to your local law enforcement and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
6) Enforcement
When we become aware of potential CSAM or child exploitation:
- The offending account is permanently suspended from the platform.
- We report the incident to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC, as required by law.
- We preserve relevant evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
