Child Safety Standards — Pajtim
1. Commitment and scope
Pajtim is provided by Saifullah Ahad. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of a child, or any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or facilitates harm to a child.
Pajtim is intended only for two consenting adults handling their own property, service, or obligation issues. It is not directed to children and must not be used for a child's safety, custody, exploitation, inheritance, rights, property, or any criminal matter.
2. Prohibited use
The following are prohibited in Pajtim:
- Creating, requesting, storing, photographing, recording, sending, or distributing CSAM or other exploitative content involving a child.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, stalking, coercion, or planning harm to a child.
- Using issue text, photographs, voice notes, witness details, or exported records to identify, track, sexualize, exploit, threaten, or endanger a child.
- Trying to use a settlement proposal to conceal, excuse, bargain over, or privately resolve suspected child abuse or exploitation.
3. Prevention inside Pajtim
- A pre-session safety gate states that child-safety or sexual-exploitation matters must not enter the settlement flow.
- The app provides a dedicated Child Safety screen with these standards and the public reporting contact.
- Every shared issue has a Flag and end session action that terminates the exchange and creates no agreement.
- Either adult can stop before signing. Ending clears private valuation and unsigned result material as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pajtim has no public feed, profile, chat room, discovery system, account, or hosted content repository. Settlement content moves only between the two nearby devices deliberately paired by their users. This limits exposure but does not reduce the prohibition or the duty to report suspected child exploitation.
4. How to report
If a child is in immediate danger, stop using Pajtim for the matter and contact local emergency services or law enforcement now.
- In the app: use Flag and end session on the issue, or open the Child Safety screen and choose the reporting contact.
- Email: send details to the designated child-safety contact at [email protected].
- Authorities: report suspected exploitation to the appropriate national or local authority. In the United States, reports can be submitted to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
Do not email suspected CSAM. Preserve the original location safely and follow instructions from the competent authority. Email actions are user-initiated and are sent by the user's chosen email provider; Pajtim has no reporting server.
5. Response and cooperation
We review child-safety messages sent to the contact below and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Pajtim does not host user accounts or a server copy of session content, so the developer cannot remotely delete a peer's device file or suspend an account that does not exist. Where information is available to us, we will preserve it appropriately, cooperate with lawful requests, report apparent child exploitation when required by applicable law, and improve technical or policy safeguards when misuse is identified.
