Oakvow is a private, invite-only family safekeeping app provided by Saifullah Ahad. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited conduct
- Sexual exploitation or endangerment of a child, including CSAM.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or attempts to exploit a minor.
- Requesting, sharing, storing, or distributing exploitative material involving minors.
- Using a family record, invitation, or contact detail to stalk, threaten, or harm a child.
Prevention and reporting
Oakvow has no public feed, discovery, chat, or stranger contact. Circle access is invitation-only. Every Open Shelf and Sealed Envelope record includes a safety-report action, and the Trust area includes a dedicated Child Safety screen.
To report a concern, tap Report safety issue on the relevant record or open Trust → Child safety standards → Report a child-safety concern. The action opens your email app to contact [email protected]. Do not attach or forward illegal material.
Response and enforcement
Reports are reviewed promptly. We may restrict or terminate access, preserve relevant lawful evidence, remove content from app services, and report apparent child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where required by law.
