Child Safety Standards — Muyara
Developer: Saifullah Ahad · Effective: 28 July 2026
Our commitment
Muyara has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, threats, or any conduct that exploits or endangers a child.
Room design
Muyara rooms are teacher-moderated. Students cannot message one another, browse public content, create public profiles, post photos, or view another student's answer. The teacher controls questions, can remove and block a participant, and must deliberately choose to reveal named answers.
Prohibited behavior
- Questions, answers, aliases, or conduct that sexualize, exploit, groom, threaten, or endanger a child.
- Requests for sexual content, images, contact details, secret communication, or meetings with a child.
- Impersonation, coercion, harassment, stalking, or attempts to bypass teacher moderation.
- Any creation, possession, request, or distribution of CSAM.
Reporting
In an active room, open the room menu and choose Report and leave. Muyara immediately leaves and blocks that room on the device. For investigation and follow-up, email the child-safety contact with the room code, question, time, and what happened: [email protected].
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Do not forward or attach suspected CSAM.
Response and enforcement
Reports sent to the developer are reviewed promptly. We may preserve relevant non-illegal evidence, block access where technically possible, cooperate with lawful investigations, and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities when required. Illegal imagery must not be sent to us.
