Delete your Hisn recovery account
Delete inside the app
- Open Hisn and go to Settings.
- Open Recovery account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type your password and choose Delete.
If you do not see Delete account, update Hisn or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the address you used for the recovery account, with the subject Hisn account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your recovery email, password, and account ID. After that, Forgot PIN will not work until you link an account again.
What stays, and for how long
Firebase keeps logged IP addresses for a few weeks, and removes deleted account data from live and backup systems within 180 days. Your PIN, protected app list, settings, and intruder photos are on your phone only. They stay there until you delete them or uninstall Hisn.
