Delete your Hatuvi account
Delete inside the app
- Open Hatuvi and go to the Safety tab.
- Choose Delete this account and private case data.
If you do not see this, update Hatuvi or use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address you use to sign in to Hatuvi, with the subject Hatuvi account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your email address, password and account ID, your private cases (steps, notes and history) and your own copies of the office visits you recorded.
What stays, and for how long
- Office visit reports you shared to the public trail (district, office, date and note) are not removed by the button, because others use them. Email us and we remove them within 30 days.
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
