Getar Child-Protection Standards

Effective 26 September 2026 · Saifullah Ahad

Our standard

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking and sexual solicitation of children, are prohibited in connection with Getar, its invitations and support channels.

What Getar permits

Getar compares building movement observations. It does not provide chat, public posts, photographs or personal profiles. Building groups are invitation-only and carry structured, encrypted measurement data. The developer cannot read the encrypted measurements exchanged by a group.

Report a concern

Use Notebook settings → Child safety → Report a concern, or the report control beside an observation in Across the floors. You can also contact [email protected]. Explain the issue in words. Do not attach abusive material or disclose unnecessary personal details. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.

Response and enforcement

Saifullah Ahad reviews reports, takes appropriate action on service misuse within the information and controls available, preserves necessary evidence, and reports confirmed illegal material or exploitation to the appropriate regional authority as required by applicable law. Reports do not grant access to encrypted group content. Members can leave a connection, and the person who started a group can end it.
