Child Safety Standards — Fakataha
Developer: Saifullah Ahad · Package: ai.saifullah.fakataha · Effective 8 August 2026
1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Fakataha strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, or any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child. These rules apply to crop evidence photos and every other part of Fakataha.
2. Appropriate use
Fakataha is a farmer business tool and is not directed to children. Crop evidence must show the crop or sack only. Do not photograph people, children, identity documents, private messages, or unrelated material.
3. In-app prevention and reporting
- Every crop evidence photo shown for peer grading includes Report photo and Child-safety concern controls.
- A child-safety report immediately quarantines the photo for all pool members, removes it from grading assignments, records the urgent report, and lets the crop pool continue without displaying it.
- Farmers can block another farmer’s content privately without public notice or retaliation.
- The in-app Safety screen repeats these standards and provides the dedicated contact address.
4. How to report
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- In the app: open the Grade screen beneath the photo and tap Child-safety concern.
- By email: contact the dedicated child-safety address at [email protected].
- Authorities: report suspected online child exploitation to appropriate local law enforcement. In the United States, reports can be made to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
Include only information needed to identify the incident. Never email or redistribute suspected CSAM.
5. Enforcement and response
Reported content is quarantined immediately. We assess child-safety reports promptly, remove prohibited content, restrict or terminate offending access, preserve only legally necessary evidence, and report confirmed or suspected CSAE/CSAM to the appropriate authorities when required by law. We cooperate with lawful investigations.
