Delete inside the app
ChessLens does not have a delete button yet. Use the email option below. You only have an account if you signed in with Google to study with someone else.
Delete without the app
Email us from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject ChessLens account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in details (name, email address and account ID), your shared study sessions, your move and motif answers, invites, reports you made and your block list.
What stays, and for how long
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
- Positions and practice you did alone stay on your phone until you clear them or uninstall ChessLens.
- Feedback you sent us stays in our inbox. Ask in the same email and we delete it too.
