Neighbor: ShareNear does not have a delete button yet. Use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address of your account, or any address with the phone number you signed in with, with the subject Neighbor: ShareNear account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in details (name, email address or phone number and account ID), your profile, your posts, celebrations and meetups, your messages, your family circle membership and the photos you uploaded.
What stays, and for how long
- Reports you made about unsafe posts may be kept for up to 180 days so we can act on them, then removed.
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
- Feedback you sent us stays in our inbox. Ask in the same email and we delete it too.
