Delete your Najat account
Delete inside the app
- Open Najat and go to Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Choose Delete. If Najat asks, sign out and sign in again first.
Today the button deletes your profile and sign-in account. Help requests and help points you posted, with their photos, stay until you email us as shown below.
Delete without the app
Email us from any email address, and write the phone number you signed in with, with the subject Najat account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number, home area and place, account ID and notification token, and the help requests and help points you posted, with their photos and contact details.
What stays, and for how long
- Reports you made about posts may be kept for up to 180 days so we can act on them, then removed.
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
- Feedback you sent us stays in our inbox. Ask in the same email and we delete it too.
