Privacy Policy for Mindscape

Last Updated: November 1, 2026

Saifullah ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mindscape mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

Information Collection and Use

Mindscape is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All game data, scores, and progress are stored locally on your device.

Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Game scores and high scores
• Game progress and statistics
• User preferences and settings
• Achievement data

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional donation purchases through Google Play. These transactions are processed entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing: For processing optional donations. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles your data.

Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since all data is stored locally on the device and we do not collect any personal information, the App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements.

Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security measures. We recommend using device security features such as screen locks and encryption.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your mind maps and local notes stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. If you choose to send feedback, your message and contact details are stored in our support email inbox to assist you and can be removed upon request. On the device your game progress, high scores, and settings stay until you delete them in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall Mindscape — Android removes the app’s private data when it is uninstalled. We keep no backups of your content, no analytics profiles and no advertising identifiers.

You can delete all App data at any time by:

• Clearing the App's data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the App

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your Consent

By using our App, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
