Mentra does not have a delete button yet. Use the email option below.
Delete without the app
Email us from the email address you use to sign in to Mentra, with the subject Mentra account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your email address and account, your profile, your posts, answers and votes, your messages and the people you follow.
What stays, and for how long
- Our service providers may keep copies in their backups for up to 180 days, then remove them.
- Feedback you sent us stays in our inbox. Ask in the same email and we delete it too.
