Child Safety Standards — Mawjood

1) Our commitment

Mawjood is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation on our platform.

2) Age requirements

Mawjood is designed for adults managing medicine needs and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3) Prohibited content and behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Mawjood:

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including CSAM.
• Grooming behavior or any attempt to solicit minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative material involving minors.
• Any communication that endangers the safety or well-being of a child.
• Sextortion or any form of coercion targeting minors.

4) Detection and prevention

We employ the following measures to prevent child exploitation and other abuse:

• An in-app flag/report control on every user-contributed report, so any user can flag inappropriate content.
• Automatic hiding of a report once it is flagged by several members, pending review.
• Email/password account sign-in that ties each contribution to an account, reducing anonymous misuse.
• Developer review of reported content and swift action on violations.

5) Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior that exploits or endangers a child, please take the following steps:

• In-app: Use the flag control on any report to hide and report it immediately.
• Email: Contact us directly at [email protected] with details of the concern.
• Authorities: Report to your local law enforcement and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.

6) Enforcement

When we become aware of potential CSAM or child exploitation:

• The content is immediately removed.
• The offending account is permanently suspended.
• We report the incident to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC, as required by law.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
